Policies
Rules and Regulation:
1.Attendance:
- 80% Attendance is compulsory to avail the exam.
- Leave requirement – An application needs to submit to the domain HOD and approve for more than 3 consecutive leaves.
- Medical leave extensions –Student or parents needs to email to their respective HOD of the centers with scanned copy of the Medical Certificate no oral leaves will be sanctioned.
- If a student is absent from class for more than 10 days without applying for leave, they will be required to complete all assignments missed during that period. Additionally, any topics covered during their absence will not be revisited, and the student will be responsible for catching up on those topics independently.
2. Batch Transfer:
Batch transfer or repeating the subject in other batches will be allowed in a year with an application and additional charge may applicable.
3. Rejoining:
More than 2 Month of gap will lead to a break-in course. Rejoining will be subject to personal interview with academic team and rejoining fees may applicable.
4. Placement and internship:
Times & Trends Academy, is happy to provide Placement Assistance, only to those students who fulfill the criteria given considering the following aspects:
- 80% Attendance
- All assignments, portfolios and submissions on time.
- 90% Attendance to all co-curricular activities like workshops, soft skills training, resume making classes, interview preparation classes etc.
- Academic positive result.
- No dues certificate.
- Placement form submission on time. (After one month of passing the course need to submit to the head of placement or HOD).
- Times & Trends Academy placement assistance will be provided in the form of an interview if student is not selected by the organization during the Interview, or after the selection if student is not happy the Academy or their staff is not responsible for the same.
- Times & Trends Academy, assisting or connecting with the company for placement but Times & Trends Academy will not take guarantee about the other side of organization or their employee attitude for work culture.
5. Payment of Fees:
- Fees once paid will not be refunded / transferred.
- Fee has to be cleared as per your admission date and batch start date.
- EMI Installments need to be paid on time.
- If Cheque or EMI bounce student has to pay the bounce charge.
- Exam Fees: Exam fees will be paid additional at actual at the time of Examination circular.
6. The text book / course material:
Will be provided in the form of reference book. Syllabus and sessions plan will be covered as per the current academic session plan.
7. Class and Subject Time Table:
- Subject wise classes can be shifted.
- For few subjects, industry experts will take the lecture. As per the requirement, the class can be full day minimum 8 hours.
- For common subjects, classes can be club with other domain students.
- Faculty can be changed between the subject if any problem happens with management or in the personal front of faculty.
- To cover the session, we may call the student for extra lecture.
8. Tours and site visits:
- Permission: Students must obtain permission from the parents before going on a tour or site visit.
- Schedule: Students should follow the schedule and itinerary of the tour or site visit as provided by the college authorities.
- Behavior: Students should behave responsibly and respectfully during the tour or site visit. They should follow the instructions of the teacher or site managers and not engage in any behavior that could cause harm to themselves or others.
- Fees: Students should pay additional fees associated with the tour directed by the college. Students may be required to pay fees for travel the one-day site visit. The fees must be paid on time to ensure participation.
- Safety: Students should be aware of their surroundings and follow all safety instructions provided by the college authorities, tour guides, or site managers.
- Accountability: Students are accountable for any damage caused to the property or equipment during the tour or site visit.
- Code of Conduct: Students should follow the college’s code of conduct and specific to the tour or site visit.
9. Events and activities:
- Participation: All students are welcome to participate in the events and activities organized by the college.
- Registration: Students may be required to register for events and activities in advance, either online or in-person.
- Code of Conduct: Students must follow the college’s code of conduct during events and activities.
- Fees: Students may be required to pay fees for certain events and activities. The fees must be paid on time to ensure participation.
- Respect for Others: Respect your fellow students, faculty, and staff. Treat everyone with dignity and kindness, regardless of their race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation.
10. Personal Information:
It is important that we have your correct name, phone number, WhatsApp number, address, and email address. Updating your personal information with the academy will ensure that you receive important information such as university updates, certification, and any other communication from the academy. Failure to update your personal information may result in delays in receiving important information, which may impact your academic progress.
11. Safety and Security:
Times & Trends Academy always take necessary and safety precaution for the students and staff. Times & Trends Academy will not take responsibility in case of any mishap happen to the student during the college time or in the campus or off the campus the time of field trip, sight visit or study or fun trip.
12. Cancellation of Admission:
- Once the admission is taken by the student, and student do not want to continue the course in this case no fees will be refunded in full / part.
- The admission will automatically be cancelled after 2months if student is unable to pay the fees on time or not submit application for late payment.
- If student is not attending the college in last 30 days and not given appropriate region in such case admission will be terminated.
13. Termination of Admission:
Times & Trends Academy has reserved the right to suspend/ debar/ expel any student who has not follow the rules of Academy or find involving illegal activity in or out side of Academy
14. Foreign Students:
I understand that admission is subject to responsible to furnish all the documents required for admission including Equivalent Certificate, Valid Passport, Visa and Visa Extension as per university norms, NOC from the Embassy, Marks Card and Certificates as required, Address and Identity Proof and Any other documents as asked by the university and the institute and final authority for admission is by the university only.
15. University admissions:
Subject to the acceptance of the university. (All the necessary documents, fees need to be submitted on time by the students.)
16. University Admissions Documentation:
kindly understand that the University admissions are subject to acceptance of the form and documentation required for the same shall be produced to the university and institute on time.
17. Evaluation pattern:

18. Anti-Ragging :
Ragging is a punishable offense, and our institute strictly prohibits students from engaging in any form of such activity, whether within or outside the campus premises and with their fellow students. We have established an anti-ragging cell to ensure the safety and well-being of every student. If any student comes across any such activity, we urge them to immediately inform the institute’s management and approach the anti-ragging committee. Our commitment to creating a respectful and supportive learning environment is unwavering, and we will take swift and appropriate action against any instances of ragging to uphold the dignity and rights of every individual in our academic community.
19. Intellectual Property Rights Copyright Protection:
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of tta.edu.in protected by the Indian Copyright law.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions will be construed only in accordance with the laws of India. In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to these terms and conditions or any other conditions on this website or organization only the competent Courts at Pune, Pune shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts
