Empowering Experts and E-entrepreneurs (India’s Youth) India has the largest group of young people in the world, all of whom need to make a living. They base their lives on aspirations and should all be successful. However, there aren’t enough jobs or the potential to create jobs for all of them. Therefore, the future of our country relies in creating entrepreneurship. These young people don’t have the time, money, interest, or focus to attend a two or three-year college course on entrepreneurship. They need something they can learn in a month or three at most and then start their work. This is where the concept of micro-entrepreneurship comes in. What is micro-entrepreneurship? It’s for educated individuals, professionals, or people with a small business idea that doesn’t require a team of more than ten people to run. It’s predominantly a promoter, owner, or professional-driven organization with sufficient people to assist that person. Data shows that 95% of startups in our country fail. This means all those who started a startup had the passion, and some even had the necessary capital. Unfortunately, some wouldn’t have had capital but borrowed money by selling land, jewelry, or taking loans. If 95% of these startups fail, they begin life with a significant negative, often losing their confidence completely, abandoning their dreams, and resigning to live an average, ordinary life.
